Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when MarkeyFix may refund payments for SEO, digital marketing, website development, CRM, advertising, and other services. Please read it together with your quotation or service agreement.

1. Advance payments

We may require an advance or milestone payment before work starts. Once work has begun, fees for completed work are generally non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by the client

Send cancellation requests in writing to our email. If you cancel before work starts, we may refund the unused amount after deducting any setup or third-party costs. If work has started, we deduct the value of completed work, resources, licenses, and expenses.

3. Website, CRM, and software projects

Completed or delivered development work is not refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-way, charges are based on work done till that date. Domain, hosting, plugins, themes, APIs, and licenses bought for the project are usually non-refundable.

4. SEO and digital marketing

SEO and marketing retainers cover research, content, optimization, reporting, and campaign work. Fees for work already performed are not refundable. Rankings, traffic, and leads are not guaranteed, so results alone are not a ground for refund.

5. Advertising budgets

Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other media spend paid to advertising platforms is separate from MarkeyFix service fees unless we say otherwise in writing. Platform ad spend is not refunded by MarkeyFix.

6. Duplicate or wrong payments

If you paid twice by mistake, contact us quickly. After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded to the original method, minus any transaction charges.

7. Client delays

A refund is not given only because a project is delayed due to missing content, approvals, access, or feedback from the client.

8. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method where possible. Bank or gateway timelines are outside our control.

9. Non-refundable items

• Completed development, design, or content work
• SEO or marketing work already delivered
• Advertising spend on third-party platforms
• Domain, hosting, licenses, plugins, and API fees
• Third-party costs that cannot be reversed
