1. About MarkeyFix

MarkeyFix provides digital growth services in India, including SEO, website and app development, CRM, Google Ads, social media marketing, branding, and related technology services. The exact work depends on the quotation, proposal, or service agreement shared with you.

2. Website use

You agree to use markeyfix.in only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, duplicate, or junk contact details
• Attempt unauthorized access to our website, forms, or systems
• Copy or reuse our content without permission
• Upload malware or interfere with website security
• Send spam or automated form submissions

We may block access if these terms are violated.

3. Inquiries and quotations

Submitting a form is a request for information, not a confirmed project. A project starts only after both sides agree the scope, timeline, and fees in writing.

4. Payments

Payment terms are shared before work begins. An advance payment may be required. Delayed payment may pause the project. Work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, logos, access, approvals, and feedback on time. Delays from missing inputs can extend the timeline.

6. SEO and advertising results

SEO and paid ads depend on search engines, competition, budget, website quality, and market conditions. MarkeyFix does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or sales unless a separate written guarantee is given.

7. Third-party services

Projects may use hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, advertising platforms, or analytics tools. MarkeyFix is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or extra charges from third-party providers.

8. Intellectual property

MarkeyFix retains its pre-existing tools, templates, and methods. After full payment, client-specific deliverables are transferred as stated in the project agreement. Third-party licenses remain with their owners.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law, MarkeyFix is not liable for indirect or business losses such as lost revenue, rankings, or advertising performance. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute, unless law requires otherwise.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
